Ask for something watch_update does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls watch_update itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Rendex: Rendering API for Images, PDFs & Content Extraction's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
