Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something picorn_projects_create does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls picorn_projects_create itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Picorn's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
