Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something list_public_personas does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_public_personas itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that pocket agent mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
