Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something biorxiv_list_recent does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls biorxiv_list_recent itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that biorxiv mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
