Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something congressgov_enacted_laws does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls congressgov_enacted_laws itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that congressgov mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
