Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something ensembl_predict_variant does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls ensembl_predict_variant itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ensembl mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
