Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something gbif_count_occurrences does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls gbif_count_occurrences itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that gbif biodiversity mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
