Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something oeis_list_reference does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls oeis_list_reference itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that oeis mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
