Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something openmeteo_get_ensemble does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls openmeteo_get_ensemble itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that open meteo mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
