Ask for something reliefweb_get_disaster does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls reliefweb_get_disaster itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that reliefweb mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
