Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something toolkit_generate_qr does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls toolkit_generate_qr itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that toolkit mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
