Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something uniprot_get_proteome does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls uniprot_get_proteome itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that uniprot mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
