Ask for something usaspending_autocomplete_filters does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls usaspending_autocomplete_filters itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that usaspending mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
