Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something concurrent_delay_matrix does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls concurrent_delay_matrix itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that cpp cpm engine's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
