Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something get_verification_result does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_verification_result itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Realask - verified answers from the physical world's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
