Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something resume_session does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls resume_session itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Delx Protocol — Agent Recovery & Continuity's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
