Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http mcp-desearch https://mcp.desearch.ai/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something x-user-replies does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls x-user-replies itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Desearch's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
Desearch will not start until these are set, so x-user-replies never becomes available.
