Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something keyword_scan does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls keyword_scan itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ATSPrep's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
