Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something add_task_dependency does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls add_task_dependency itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ContextLayer's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
