Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something event_schedule_bookmark does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls event_schedule_bookmark itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that DC Member API's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
