Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something works_public_eligibility does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls works_public_eligibility itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that WORKS Public Verifier's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
