Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something evaluate_escrow_work does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls evaluate_escrow_work itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that xrpl referee's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
