Add xrpl referee to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something recommend_release_conditions does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls recommend_release_conditions itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that xrpl referee's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
