Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http nucleus https://relay.nucleusos.dev/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something nucleus_audit does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls nucleus_audit itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that nucleus's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

nucleus will not start until these are set, so nucleus_audit never becomes available.
