Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http nucleus https://relay.nucleusos.dev/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something nucleus_plan_execute does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls nucleus_plan_execute itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that nucleus's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
