Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http nucleus https://relay.nucleusos.dev/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something nucleus_telemetry does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls nucleus_telemetry itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that nucleus's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
nucleus will not start until these are set, so nucleus_telemetry never becomes available.
