Ask for something create_tenant does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_tenant itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that AgentFabric — Human-in-the-Loop Review & Approval's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
