Add aether developer to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something list_partners does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_partners itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that aether developer's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
aether developer will not start until these are set, so list_partners never becomes available.
