    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something top_accelerating does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls top_accelerating itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that signal bureau's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
