Add NovaRail to VS Code

Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something submit_work does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls submit_work itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that NovaRail's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
NovaRail will not start until these are set, so submit_work never becomes available.
