Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something export_exercise_seed does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls export_exercise_seed itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that WorkoutX Exercise API's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
