Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something agent-decision-preflight does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls agent-decision-preflight itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SALT19 Agent Utility Grid's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
