Add Ray notifications to VS Code

Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something get_click_stats does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_click_stats itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Ray notifications's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Ray notifications will not start until these are set, so get_click_stats never becomes available.
