Add Ray notifications to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something get_send_status does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_send_status itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Ray notifications's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
Ray notifications will not start until these are set, so get_send_status never becomes available.
