Add Ray notifications to VS Code

Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something publish_template does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls publish_template itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Ray notifications's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Ray notifications will not start until these are set, so publish_template never becomes available.
