Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something research_paper_qa does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls research_paper_qa itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that gapup mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
