Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something win_loss_decoder does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls win_loss_decoder itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that gapup mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
