Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something attack_surface_monitor does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls attack_surface_monitor itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mcp knowledge's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
