    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something china_ecommerce_intel does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls china_ecommerce_intel itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mcp knowledge's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
