Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something cloud_cost_ri_optimizer does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls cloud_cost_ri_optimizer itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mcp knowledge's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
