    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something dpdp_consent_artifact_generator does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls dpdp_consent_artifact_generator itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mcp knowledge's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
