Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something term_sheet_negotiation does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls term_sheet_negotiation itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mcp knowledge's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
