Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something skill_development_plan does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls skill_development_plan itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that getjobzi mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
