Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something decker.set_skill_overlay does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls decker.set_skill_overlay itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that decker's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
