Ask for something refresh_guest_knowledge_shelf_link does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls refresh_guest_knowledge_shelf_link itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MemoStem's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
