Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something mission_proof_loop does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls mission_proof_loop itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Mission — Trust Graduation Gate's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
