Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something draft_bill_letter does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls draft_bill_letter itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Med Bill Check's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
