Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something screen_portfolio does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls screen_portfolio itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Mizan's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
