Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something waveguard_phase_coherence does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls waveguard_phase_coherence itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that WaveGuard's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
