Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something daily_note does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls daily_note itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Chart Library — Market-state research's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
